Ok I am sorry about the flop of a contest that we ran a few months back that's my fault, I had a lot of drama and emotional bullshit to deal with at the time. I was going through a lot. I know most of you can relate to that at least a little right? Forgive me. I apologize.
But now ALL of you get to benefit from the results of that emotional pain that one of the former admins of this group caused me. (She even got a restraining order! and now I can't even go to my local Walmart for 4 years because she works there! It's all good though, because she tried to use some poetry that I posted on DA against me in court and she tried to say it was threatening, but the judge told her that it's the internet and I have the right to post whatever I want on DA, as well as she does, and nobody put a gun to her head and forced her to read my poetry, so it wasn't a threat.) So I don't feel bad saying any of that, and I can't get in trouble for saying that either. But out of that emotional turmoil I wrote an entire album of songs about it. I would like to try to use DA to spread the word and promote my music.

BEFORE YOU SAY NO! Or before you become disinterested, THERE IS SOMETHING IN IT FOR YOU!

All I ask is that you read the details carefully and consider what I am asking you to do before you say no.

This is my proposal. I would like to use DA to promote my music.
How you ask? Simple.
I am looking for my fellow deviants to help me out and post links and a short description of my music, and what the links are in a journal entry and leave it up for a week. If you are a member of a group I would also like to know what groups so I can contact the Admins and try to get them to post a group journal entry as well.

But wait there's just a little more. I also would like you to change your witty comment signatures for 1 month. I would like you to post links to my music in your comment signature. There's one more thing I am asking of you. Once you post the journal and change your comment signature, tell 5 of your friends on DA (that you don't see in everyday life) about my music, tell them to check it out, and ask them to do the same thing you have done. a simple journal feature and changing your comment signature. Then they should tell 5 friends, and so on and so on.

Now what's in it for you. I was getting to that honest! (I know I am asking a lot so I figure they ought to be some sort of reward for those who take this seriously and actually want to help me out with this). For those who help me out with this, I am offering you a choice of your rewards (and for those who take this as a challenge and go above and beyond what I am asking you will get more than just one reward.) You will have your choice of these three things: 1. An exclusive hand signed poster (8x11, nothing extravagant) that is not going to be available any other way. I will only make copies for those who help me with this endeavor on DA. 2. a hand signed guitar pick necklace (made from guitar picks that I have actually used, how green of me ^_____^), or 3. A special promotional copy of some of my music (hand signed of course) which will also be available no other way.

I am offering this exclusive stuff to you because you are my fellow deviants.
Oh and all of those who do decide to participate in this effort will be featured in my journal.

I am also going to be making a DA fan group for my music, and I will be featuring everyone who helped me with this in that journal as well.


So now that you have heard the details, think about it. I am asking for 20+ minutes of your time, and in exchange you get free stuffs! (And if I do become famous it makes your free stuffs worth that much more!)

As well as a place where I will be posting all of my lyrics to my songs, so that I can offer a link to all of my lyrics on some of the other sites that I have pages on.
